Shipping
Shipping information
All Forest Sprout orders are dispatched from the UK and carefully packed by hand. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and basket weight.
UK delivery
- Standard Tracked — £4.95, 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £150.
- Highlands, Islands and remote postcodes may take 1–2 extra working days.
International delivery
We currently ship to most of Europe. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order processing
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns & refunds
Our returns policy
We want you to love every Forest Sprout piece. If something isn't quite right, you can return it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to return an item
- Email sales@forestsprout.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to let us know.
- Return the item within a further 14 days, unused and in its original packaging.
- Include your order number so we can process your refund quickly.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the full purchase price (including the original standard delivery charge) to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return postage
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described — in which case we'll cover the cost. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please get in touch within 30 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including return postage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
